The Finnish Fundraising Association (VaLa ry) was established in 2004 and it acts as a co-operational network for non-governmental organizations in Finland.

VaLa’s mission is to support the development of responsible fundraising. The main objectives are:

-         improve ad develop the action field and the conditions related to fundraising in co-operation with organizations, authorities and decision makers.

-         promote the standards related to organizational leadership and fundraising.

-         provide education related to organizational leadership and fundraising.
